This website belongs to Indi Casa Production, the documentary studio of Indi Casadei. It collects as little as possible: only what you choose to send me, so I can answer you.

What I collect, and why
The contact form. When you send your story, I receive your name, your email, your organisation, your message and the type of project you are thinking of. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible film. Nothing else.
Emails. If you write to me directly, I keep our exchange as long as it is useful to our conversation or our collaboration.
I do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. I do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
The services this site relies on
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) hosts this website and my email. Like any web host, it keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Formspree (United States) receives the messages sent through the contact form and forwards them to my email.
- Vimeo (United States) plays the films. The player only loads when you choose to watch a film, and it is set to not track you. Vimeo may still set its own cookies when it plays.
- Google Fonts (United States) provides the typefaces of this site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
Some of these services are based outside Switzerland. When your data travels there, it is protected by the safeguards these providers offer.
Cookies
This website does not use any cookies of its own, and no analytics or advertising trackers. Only Vimeo may use cookies, and only when you play a film.
How long I keep your data
Messages are kept as long as they are needed to answer you, and for an ongoing project, as long as the collaboration lasts and the law requires. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to its use. Just write to contact@indi-casa.com, and I will reply within 30 days.
This website follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR. If you feel your data is not handled properly, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the data protection authority of your country.
